Also of note:
- The first game against Duke on Feb. 18th was originally scheduled to be played the evening of Feb. 17th but was delayed due to rain. The teams ended up playing a double header on Saturday with the first game going only 7 innings.
- Lots of rain on Friday and Saturday, March 9-10, when Loyola Marymount was in town meant that the teams ended up canceling one of their games and playing a double-header on Sunday, March 11th.
- Initially, Cal and Texas were scheduled to play a double header on Saturday, March 31st, but they ended up deciding to play a solo game instead. Not sure why they made the change.
- The Big 12's 10-run mercy rule is in effect on "getaway" days for conference games and for the 2nd games of double headers; it does not come into play for non-conference games although teams can agree to such a rule before any game starts.
