Not the Austin Regional - Day 4
Things are winding down...
- Corvalis (host: Oregon State). Kansas was knocked out by Hawaii. Oregon State then took care of business. I think this means they'll host Stanford.
- Fayetteville (host: Arkansas). OSU beat Arkansas but went on to lose to Oral Roberts. ORU advances.
- Houston (host: Rice). Rice beat Baylor. Then, Baylor beat ASU. So, now they play Rice again tomorrow (possibly twice).
- Lincoln (host: Nebraska). Miami advances.
- Malibu (host: Pepperdine). Mizzou beat UCLA and Pepperdine. Mizzou and Pepperdine play again tomorrow...winner advances. I told you Mizzou was for real.
- Norman (host: Oklahoma). OU beat TCU and Wichita State. OU and WSU play again tomorrow...winner advances.
- Athens (host: Georgia). Georgia won twice today forcing a 7th game tomorrow against Florida State.
- Atlanta (host: Georgia Tech). Georgia Teck advances.
- Charlottesville (host: Virginia). Evansville won 2. They play SC again tomorrow...winner advances.
- Chapel Hill (host: North Carolina). North Carolina advances.
- Clemson (host: Clemson). Clemson advances.
- Fullerton (host: Cal State Fullerton). CSF is leading in Game 6 as I post this...if they hold on to win, they advance.
- Lexington (host: Kentucky). College of Charleston advances.
- Oxford (host: Ole Miss). Ole Miss advances.
- Tuscaloosa (host: Alabama). Alabama advances.
The Big 12 is now 12-11 in the tourney. Baylor, Mizzou, and OU are still in the mix.
