Periwinkle blue

'Took this photo at the Spoff house on Sunday. Some sort of phlox, I think. Perhaps some Sweet William? Gorgeous, eh?

UPDATE. Regina emailed that this is likely a Plumbago. And, as soon as I read that I realized she's right!
