Odd coinky-dink or good omen?

I just noticed that the Texas women also received a #3 National seed when the softball regionals were announced. They made it through to the WCWS in fine fashion. Here's hoping the men do likewise, eh? Hook 'em!

By the way, I also noticed that the 8 teams that made it to the WCWS were the top 8 seeds. Hmmm...

By the way #2, as I type this, the women are winning their first WCWS game 2-0. Go, Horns!
