News: Swindell and Garrido

Noted in a story in The Arizona Republic:

[Arizona State coach Pat] Murphy said he is continuing to talk to potential pitching coach candidates, including former major leaguers Floyd Bannister, Greg Swindell and Mike Fetters. He would like to have that spot filled by next month.

Hmmmm...good for him. But, bad for us? Thanks to Jan for the pointer to the article.

I suspect just about anyone who reads this page checks out the official Texas page on a fairly regular basis. For some odd reason, I don't remember to check it out very often so had missed several stories and just noticed them today.
